Logistics

We run our own specialist logistics service, known for its reliability. It’s our way of ensuring our customers get our products when they need them. For selected customers, our Fastrack guarantee goes even further, offering benefits like assured supply, direct delivery to their customers and more.

Technical support

For architects, builders or contractors – in fact anyone working with our products - our experienced technical team is on hand to deal with enquiries throughout a project and beyond. Material Safety Data Sheets for all of our products are available from our library and additional support can be requested through the contact sheet.

Training

We want to help our customers get the best from our products and provide training for construction professionals, specifiers, merchant and distribution staff, technical support staff and sales personnel. Many of Norbord’s training modules have been approved by the Construction CPD Certification Service, and we believe that our training is amongst the best in the industry. Training modules and videos are available on this website and specific training sessions are possible to arrange, please use the contact sheet to request this.
