In order to find new talent in the field, here at Norbord we offer undergraduate development programmes as well as 4-year apprenticeships. Our industry-respected apprenticeship programme helps develop the skills our business needs for the future in order to continue to cater to the needs of our customers. Not only do these apprenticeships enhance the skillset of out recruits, they also instill excellent working practice and safety values from the outset, allowing them to work as productively and safely as possible.
